The bathroom renovation was my first renovation and while I had a general idea of what I wanted, I wasn't sure about the specifics of the project. Orson walked us through what would be needed to do the job right and provided great design ideas so that we were all on the same page before the project even started. As to be expected with an old house, there were some previously unknown issues hidden behind the floors and walls that popped up over the course of the project which Orson brought to our attention promptly and explained next steps and options to us. We also had an issue with the vanity we picked out from a store and ended up having Bondeko custom build our vanity for us. This was a pretty major mid-course addition to our project and the team took it on without batting an eye. It ended up being the best decision we could have made! Additionally they are somewhat atypical in that, if necessary, they will work evenings and weekends. On the main house Orson built cherry cabinet doors to match our existing cabinets which matched perfectly! He also did extensive re-construction on our front porch as well as painting. On the tiny house Orson installed tongue and groove beadboard on the walls and ceiling, beautiful reclaimed trim on the entire cabin inside, built and installed custom cabinets and built in couches/beds for sleeping, and did all the painting inside as well as the finished stain on the log siding outside. We already have the 6x6 tiles so just need to find out if our builder is reasonable who has quoted $700 for labor cost ?
