**★★★★★ — Kevin Yan, Jan. 2017**

> We have four session sunrooms for many years. Some of glass are cloud. We called couple of companies and they stopped by and give us their plan and cost.
> We feel New England Sunrooms is one of best. They have everything in writing and clear. Also they gave your option to minimize your unnecessary cost, such as ventilation fan and eliminate awning windows etc. Anyway, if they will work with you until you satisfy the propose. No sell pressure... Donna is very patient to help us.
> Kevin C is main technician to do the job. He is nice and knowledgeable guy and has many years experience with sunrooms. When you watched his work, he made things easier. Clean work area and taken all trash.
> In short, well done job and reliable company we feel comfortable to work with.
>
> Thanks

> Even though many people call themselves professionals, it is rare to find the true ones. Our happiness and excitement of a job well done has motivated us to share our experience. It is with pleasure that we can say that having worked with Kevin Corbett, Donna and Chuck from New England Sunrooms has been by far one of the most refreshing, exciting, and rewarding experiences we have had in a long time. Kevin is a true professional; with the knowledge, skills and craftsmanship that many years on the job could only bring to you. > Thank-you so very much. We know your patrons will enjoy a wonderful meal while looking out at the stars.

**★★★★★ — User, Oct. 2015**

> From start to finish on our project, which included a sunroom, new deck, and accommodation for a new hot tub, Peter made sure our needs were met. Communication was excellent, as was the workmanship. The contractors were friendly, professional, and detail oriented. Even though we had several delays due to weather, they went over and above to get as much done as they could when Mother Nature allowed.
>
> We are thrilled with the end result and our sunroom is now the most used room in the house! I would highly recommend New England Sunrooms for your sunroom project.

**Comment from New England Sunrooms & Conservatories, Inc.:**

> Thank-you so much for sharing your happiness about your sunroom. We wish you so many years of great times in your new room.

**★★★★★ — ssvanguard, Sept. 2015**

> Peter's design strategy created not just a sunroom, but a true extension of our living space. with exquisite attention to detail and professionalism, the crew completed the job with minimal disruption and high quality. Any issues found were immediately addressed with no hassle. We now enjoy our sunroom on a regular basis and are extremely happy with our investment. Highly recommended!

**★★★★★ — dijo5, Sept. 2015**

> Made a gorgeous four seasons sunroom off our dining room. Created a proposal incorporating our ideas, which were opposite, took best from both of our ideas and met our needs in ways we could not imagine. In light of the room, redesign the traffic flow of our living space to be more useful and improved the overall appearance. Very thoughtful, patient, and conscientious professional who stay with us from the design stage to completion. Introduced the "WOW" factor into our home. We use the sunroom every day during all seasons and when you see it, you can't help to say "WOW". It brings the outdoor beauty into our home, which we love.

**★★★★ — User, Sept. 2015**

> New England Sunrooms build a beautiful sunroom for us. Several years later, I still love and and I use it all the time. Everyone who visits comments on how wonderful it is.
>
> Overall, I had a positive experience with this company. The owner Peter L is very responsible, conscientious, competent and easy to work with. I made the mistake of not having him install the HVAC system. The person I hired was terrible, and then I needed Peter to fix some of his errors. Peter tried his best to accommodate me, but he couldn't really correct the bad work done by someone else.
>
> There was one problem, though, not of Peter's fault but of the company he gets his materials from. They installed windows with a flaw which mean that when it rained outside, the windows leaked and the floor became wet. This resulted in serious damage to the flooring which I had to replace. When Peter came and found the flaw, he immediately fixed it, but the company did not pay for replacing the damaged flooring. That's the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. Since the repair, I've had no further problems. When Peter was made aware of the problem some time later, he apologized again and paid for the damage. Again, the damage was not his fault, he did request that the factory pay for it, but when they didn't respond, the matter got dropped. That's my quibble, and I'm satisfied now that he has taken care of it.
>
> Overall, though, I would strongly recommend this company, and I would have Peter be the contractor for HVAC and anything else you add. Don't let my 4 stars instead of 5 get in the way of you hiring them. They are an excellent company.

**Comment from New England Sunrooms & Conservatories, Inc.:**

> So glad to hear that you are loving the beautiful sunroom and using it all the time! We were happy to help you fix the unfortunate problems that you had with the other contractor. Your satisfaction is very important to us and we thank you for the positive review! As soon as we hear about the kick panel that leaked on the floor we came out and replaced it. I'm sorry for the inconvenience and that you were not reimbursed for the floor expense right away. Your original review for us was all 5 stars and no mention of the floor so we were mistaken in thinking everything was okay. Thanks for letting us know so we could take care of that! Wishing you many more years of light, space and warmth with your Four Seasons Sunroom.

> I met Peter before I made up mind to hire his team to build sun room for me. He explained everything clearly and nothing became a surprise when we started the project.
>
> His team manages the project very professionally from the beginning to the finish. Each phase of project was built with good quality.
>
> I am very satisfied with the job delivered by Peter and his team.

## Community Q&A

**Q: would like an enclosure** *(in Photo Questions)*

I would like to have a quote for 4 season enclosure in the front of my house , I live n Pickering

A: Hi,

We would love to provide a quote to add a Conservatory to the front of your home in Pickering, MA. Please provide to me your email address, address, phone number and we can chat this week. Let me know what times during the day work for a preliminary call.

You can email me directly at, gina@newenglandsunrooms.net or feel free to call me directly at, 508-653-2700. My name is Gina Hart, and I'm a Project Manager with New England Sunrooms.

I look forward to speaking with you.

Have a great night.

Regards,
Gina Hart

**Q: Yellows...** *(in Photo Questions)*

Beautiful yellow color. We're trying to find a yellow for our house, but sunlight and shadows wreck havoc. Can you clarify the brand and color of this yellow, please?

A: Hi, thank you for your interest. Unfortunately it was provided by customer and we don't have the information.

**Q: Cost** *(in Photo Questions)*

Roughly how much would something like this cost to do we are thinking about converting our deck off the kitchen into a similar room

A: Hi! Thank you very much for your interest in New England Sunrooms & Conservatories, Inc. What a great picture you've selected. It's really difficult to give you a definitive price as it depends on the design and build of the room on your property. I can say that on average, our rooms vary and can start in the mid $40's and go up from there.

If you interested, we would love to see pictures of your home and the area you're looking to transform. Part of our design/build process is, we make a design consultation at your home and review the project together and discuss the feasibility and affordability of our room on your property Would you like to send us some pictures? How can we contact you?

We look forward to hearing from you.

Regards,

Gina Hart

**Q: I like the deck colors. I need to redo my deck.** *(in Photo Questions)*

Please let me know…
1\) What type of wood are the posts, rails, balusters and caps?
2\) Are they stained? What color stain?
3\) What size are the caps and where would they purchased from?
4\) Is the square lattice underneath custom or purchased in that color?
5\) Are the posts and trim made from Azek, or is it painted wood?
6\) Is the decking the same color as the rails? If not, is it stained that way and what is the color?
7\) Does this color decking get very hot in the sun if stepped on with bare feet (such as hotter than standard pressure treated decking)?

Thank you.

A: Hi Kathybeachgirl,
Our main focus is designing and creating Four Seasons Sunrooms, those questions are a bit tougher to answer because we don't save the receipts for the for decking, painting or staining. However, more than likely it is Azek and we got the materials from either Home Depot or Lowes. Wish you well with your project.
