I'm so glad you like this beautiful home we designed in Tellico, TN. I can't remember the exact stain color unfortunately. This was black stained cedar siding. Have a look at Iron Grey Hardie Lap Siding. It comes pre finished. Or try Cabot Exterior Stains. The have a semi solid black that would give you a similar look. As for the roof, that is an Englert standing seam metal roof in Galvalume. Please let me know if you are interested in our professional design services! **Q: can you buy the plans & if so, what is price** *(in Photo Questions)* A: This was a renovation project. There will be a lot of information in the drawings about structural revisions and changes that wouldn't apply to a ground up build. If you have a good builder they would likely be able to make sense of it all, but we would not be revising the drawings without additional fee - and I can't guarantee they would give you everything you need.
