> We own a decent-sized one-bedroom apartment in manhattan that had not been renovated since it was built in 1960.  After bidding and winning the job, C&A worked with us and our architect to finalize plans for complete retrofit. C&A put together a timeline and got to work quickly. C&A kept us informed of any issues, decisions to be made at every step.  C&A handled every issue that came up, offered alternative solutions and recommendations and coordinated a process that had us back in our apt on time (a touch early actually) and followed up with any punch list items quickly.  Importantly, there were zero extra charges for any field conditions (including some late changes mandated by our co-op board).  At every turn Chris Anna and his team were available and courteous (don't let Chris' low-key demeanor concern you - he was all over every issue timely).   And C&A kept our building personnel and board happy We had heard many nightmare stories re nyc contractors - my experience with C&A was fantastic and we highly recommend them.  D&G.
