### Reviews

**★★★★★ — Terence, Oct. 2024**

> Robert and Amy were responsive, professional, and great to work with right from the outset. We had seen another one of the homes they had designed in our town, and we thought it was great, so we looked up who did the design, and it was ROAM. When we enlisted their services, they did not try to push a design on us, but rather asked us what we were looking for and took an objective eye towards things. Absorbing all the information we had given them, they came back with some fantastic design ideas and inputs. I would absolutely recommend ROAM to anyone who is looking to design their dream home.

**Comment from ROAM Architecture:**

> Thank you so much for your kind words and positive review of our work, Terence! We're thrilled to hear you had a great experience with us. Your feedback means the world to us, and we look forward to seeing your next chapter!

**★★★★★ — HU-683100266, Aug. 2022**

> Amy and Rob helped us design and build a backyard cabana gym & entertainment addition. Their professionalism and commitment to the project was amazing. They listened to our concerns and provided us with ideas and solutions for our needs. They also helped navigate the contracting and constructions always there to support and ensure we were on track. This in the middle of the pandemic!!!
> We always felt at ease working with them. They were with us every step of the way, ensuring that construction was also going as planned. Highly recommend Amy and Rob!

**Comment from ROAM Architecture:**

> Thank you so much for your kind words! We really enjoyed working with you and your family on your new building, and wish you many, many years of happy celebrations there!

**★★★★★ — Kurt & Kelley H., Dec. 2021**

> Roberto and Amy were incredible to work with over the course of our year-long mid-century renovation. They listened closely to our ideas, and were sensitive to our concerns about aesthetics, functionality, and cost. They worked with us to flesh out our vision and and embellished it with numerous details that made the finished project truly special. We would heartily recommend Roberto and Amy to our friends, and would use them again on future projects.

**Comment from ROAM Architecture:**

> Kurt and Kelley, we were so happy to work with you on the renovation of your mid-century modern home! Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a fantastic review of our work. Wishing you and your family many, many happy years in your newly renovated home!

**★★★★★ — JTHauserjr@yahoo.com, Dec. 2021**

> We are currently restoring our circa 1780's colonial house and adding space to meet our family's needs. Suffice it to say, the challenges are complex on several levels and aspects.
>
> The process began with a photo documentation of the existing house. And then identifying the original architecture under the 200+ years of changes by the varied and previous Owners. Not easy!
>
> As the surrounding neighborhood and landscape 'grew-up' around the original house, the house placement is now rather awkward. Providing a proper perspective and current day fit was another issue to resolve.
>
> Keeping the colonial charm of the mortise & tenon joinery, integrating new technology, LEED initiatives, supply availability and lead times are a daily sample of the continuing process and challenges.
>
> Together, Amy + Roberto take this all in stride using their individual talents creating a very successful synergy, stay tuned!

**Comment from ROAM Architecture:**

> You are so kind - thank you so much for your positive review of our work. We are thoroughly enjoying working with you on your very unique and exciting home, and are so very much looking forward to seeing the construction get underway. Glad to know that this process has been as wonderful for you as it has been for us!

They are very comforting throughout the process and I never felt overwhelmed as you can tell they are so knowledgeable. They are meticulous and walk you through every step of the design meetings so that you are able to visualize and approve of the end product. So happy we chose ROAM!

They asked many questions which helped us focus and refine our vision. Throughout the process Amy and Rob were very responsive, patient, and flexible. **★★★★★ — Gianna Migliorisi, Nov. 2021**

> It has been such a pleasure working with Rob and Amy. We started the process with them in 2019, when we were looking to do an extension on our home. Unfortunately, COVID hit and we were forced to revisit the project on a much smaller scale. Rob and Amy were able to help us realize the potential of our current footprint by designing a space that worked for our most immediate needs, without having to compromise. The process has always been straightforward and easy. Rob has a meticulous eye for detail, he listens to your needs and works with you to design your perfect home that matches your style. We are so very much looking towards getting started on the actual project and cannot wait for the end-result!

**Comment from ROAM Architecture:**

> Gianna, thank you so much for your glowing review! We were so happy to work with you on the design of your project, and can't wait to see how it all comes together. Wishing you and your family a very happy holiday season and New Year!

> Amy and Rob are fantastic at what they do! They met with us on several occasions to understand what we envisioned for our project and then they walked us through every step of the way, from concept to completion. They were always professional, ensuring our complete satisfaction with our new pool cabana!

**Comment from ROAM Architecture:**

> We were so thrilled to work with you and your family on your new pool cabana project!! It turned out great, and we wish you and your family many, many seasons of happy memories made in your new outdoor room! It was so wonderful to work with you both. :)

**★★★★★ — Marta A, Nov. 2020**

> ROAM Architecture team did not disappoint! My husband and I hired this professional couple to help us design an addition to our Bauhaus style home. They have walked us through every detail of the process, documented everything, responded to every inquiry and question extremely promptly and were there to support us in any way we needed them to. We were presented with multiple schematic designs until we reached the design we were happy with. They have accommodated our busy life schedule to meet with us when there was a need but we were also respectful to be prepared as best as we could. What sets this firm apart is that they are an amazing couple and they bring a very balanced approach to the entire process. They have solved all of the project challenges, always being transparent about the budget. We cannot thank them enough for their dedication to our project. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to do a new construction, house renovation and/or addition. This team has the expertise to take your project to the next level!

**Comment from ROAM Architecture:**

> Marta, we are completely honored and blessed to have worked with you on your home. It was such a fun and exciting collaboration from the beginning, and we are very proud of the project that was ultimately built. We hope that you will be equally proud to call it your home for many, many years to come, and are very much looking forward to all that awaits you and your family there!

**★★★★★ — K W, Feb. 2020**

**Q: Sizing of Barn** *(in Photo Questions)*

Can you please provide the approximate width, length and heigh of the main Barn structure. Thank you.

A: Hi! Yes, the 42' length includes the workshop space (which is approximately 14' of the 42' dimension). Hope that helps!

Best,
Amy
