A few items that could have been conveyed better, especially the septic system and it's requirements. Just get everything in writing and ask questions.

Can you share the price point of this home without the lot?  Thank you

A: The price per sq ft is just an average cost of something with similar finish out, not the cost of that specific home.  Something similar could be done with the pool in that budget, but would have to be confirmed with the exact selections of your custom home along with the cost impacts of the specific piece of property (infrastructure).

Are these aluminum windows?  Who makes them?  Beautiful!

A: These windows are from Western Windows.  This home is actually featured on their website.  http://www.westernwindowsystems.com/index.php/project/residential.html

what is the tile?  Looks great!

A: It is a porcelain tile that was made to mimic white Carrera marble.  It has since been discontinued.  You can get the real think with white Carrera.

What color stone is in this picture?

A: This is a variety of sandstone.  Stone comes out of the ground different all the time and at this time, the home owners were able to find a variety that has some different character than the typical sandstone.

I'm getting ready to build my BBQ ,  similar stone but I'm worrying that grease might ruining it. What other material can I use for this look that would be more durable?

A: We have used granite or a product like Silestone.  You could also seal the limestone.
