Home-building started off as a childhood dream. As a kid I preferred to take the long way home through upper scale neighborhoods. The architecture and overall beauty was fascinating. I knew I wanted to be a part of the whole process, and quickly realized I wanted to be a contractor.

I ended up in Columbia, MO  in 2002 still trying to figure where to start my life.  I was working construction related jobs and started going to school in the evenings at Columbia College.  I was always an entrepreneur even as a kid knocking on doors of homes that needed their lawns manicured, so I knew that a business degree would be a great idea.

I set out to get my degree in business marketing and thoroughly enjoyed the classes, but the economy was going nuts and home building was at an all time high.  I could not hardly handle watching others build houses while I continued school.  Two years into my degree, my life changed dramatically, I was now a husband and a father to twin girls.  This gave me the push to start my business without looking back.

> Jeremy built this house as a spec home.  He gave it personal touches as if he were going to live here. It has great curb appeal, custom built book cases on either side of a gorgeous fire place. There are 9 foot ceilings in the finished basement and it even came with a completely finished bar. The deck on the back of the house is covered and protected from weather. The color choices and finishes are eye catching. The main level has very high ceilings and an open concept with engineered hard wood that is very easy to maintain. There is a sprinkler system in the yard. If he is willing to put all these features in a spec home, there is no doubt that he will go above and beyond as you build your home with him.
