> I really appreciate how versatile Seattle Swank is. They’ve made my more budget-friendly builds look incredible while still delivering the level of staging you’d expect in a multi-million-dollar luxury home. They’ve also done an exceptional job staging my higher-end properties. They truly know how to make a home stand out!

**★★★★★ — Kevin Cavanah, May 2020**

> My condo was scheduled to list on March 19, 2020 - just days before the official Washington State Stay Home order went into effect. Shannon and her team flexed with me very generously while we waited for the shifting real estate landscape to settle. Seattle Swank created a real showplace to entice prospective buyers virtually. The result was a great success. Sold!

**Comment from Seattle Swank Inc:**

> Thank you Kevin, we really enjoyed working with you and appreciate the positive feedback!

**★★★★★ — Anthony Elarth, March 2020**

> What an incredible experience with Seattle Swank when recently selling my mom’s former house! Totally impressed and highly recommend for staging. Kim Scott was the lead - she was not only decisive on how the staging came together, but she also advised our agent on colors for repainting the entire interior. I walked back in the day before we listed and the house looked better than we could have imagined. Stylish yet still cozy/comfy. We accepted an offer above the high end of our expected range, I’m certain the staging was a huge driver.

**Comment from Seattle Swank Inc:**

> Thank you Anthony for your positive review! We enjoyed working with you and your family!

> I was disappointed with this company. While the choices for the staging were fine, the set up and tear down were not. I had asked specifically that they utilize the garage entrance for all downstairs items and that they not track mud throughout the home. Neither request was honored. There was quite a bit of damage to the walls, the floors were filthy and they left far too many holes in the walls. I realize their contract reads that they are not responsible, but they didn't need to hang so many things on my walls. I had paid a premium for smooth finished walls and damage is very visible. I would not use them again.

> Seattle Swank is my go-to staging company for any mid to high end listing. They always up the notch on the design, whether its a dated home in need of some serious makeup, or an already beautifully designed house that needs to be made into a home with their soft yet sophisticated looks. From craftsman to mid-century, Art deco to modern they nail the look every time. They are flexible on schedule, easy to work with and I enjoy working with the entire team! They have staged easily 50+ homes for me over the last 8/9 years.

**★★★★★ — Jason Williams, Oct. 2018**

> ON the contrary to the previous review, we consistently refer Seattle Swank to our buyers for interior design projects as well as for a majority of our new builds and remodels. The very reason is because they get how hectic it can be when trying to stay on task but don’t want to lose our spot on the staging calendar. There tends to be a lot that they have to deal with (other contractors, unfinished walkways, landscaping, not clean) and they handle it with professionalism and ease. I can say we tend to be somewhat difficult clients but working with an agent owned company really makes the difference as does the high end finishes. Our products generally fly within the first 30 days at top market price. Jason W.

> We used Seattle Swank for staging services in the sale of our home in May-June 2018, for a one-month cost of $3,000. We found the design to be good but logistics were poor and the customer service was terrible.
>
> During our initial meeting with the project manager, I warned her about needing to take extra care when moving furniture in one particularly tight (though not impossible) space. We had minor damage to the house upon move in of the staging furniture, which I was disappointed by but ignored. Upon move out, however, the damage was much more substantial and reflected a great deal of carelessness. In addition, their movers took pieces of our own furniture that remained in the home. They were later returned upon our request--but they were damaged.
>
> My poor review of Seattle Swank's customer service stems from never receiving an acknowledgement or apology for their fault in either of these instances. With regard to the damage to the house, the project manager initially told us that she instructs her movers to take pictures of any pre-existing damage. They later could not produce the pictures but claimed it was there nonetheless, and would not take responsibility or offer any kind of remedial action. In the case of our furniture, they did return it promptly but it was damaged and we never received a simple apology for the fact that it was taken to begin with. The experience with our mistakenly taken and then damaged furniture, which can in no way be refuted by Seattle Swank, reflects the general carelessness of their movers. This supports our claims about the damage they caused to our home—but they also refused to be accountable for this.
>
> However, the design quality of the staging was good. If you use Seattle Swank, watch them very closely and take detailed before photos of every corner of your house immediately before move-in and move-out of the staged furniture. In our experience, they showed little care in the treatment of our home and furniture and took no accountability for their mistakes.
