They differentiated themselves by being focused on the client’s needs as opposed to looking at their profit. For example, when proposing different options for my consideration, they presented low cost options/pieces where they did not make any commission, even buying from retail shops and charging me at cost. It was if my project was their own, and they were efficient and practical in all the decisions. All in all, I think they actually saved me money on my home build and design than if I designed it myself. Finally, they have the unique capability to also fully design home design elements, like built-ins and architectural elements.
