These surfaces are either natural stone or slightly textured concrete with some relief in the texture. The actual design of the fountain with sharp angles and interior cleaved effect of the spa are as important as the material itself in creating this effect. This project was completed several years ago and I will look to see if I can find the exact tile name for you. However I think it came from Noble tile in Dallas and is quite common.
