> I think that sagemodern does an absolutely remarkable job designing modern homes with a unique warm feeling utilizing natural woods and materials to make the home feel warm and inviting.  I've now sent many of my clients to review sagemoderns designs.  I'm personally inspired by their unique eye for detail and quality.  Its very difficult to find a company with such unique and obvious skill.  My hats off to them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a modern home that shows simple lines but stunning class.

> SageModern is a smart and savvy design/build company working with prefab, but you would never know it was prefab. I learned of their work after seeing two of their homes in Martis Camp, Truckee CA. I had the pleasure of walking through both 265 and 241 (check them on our their site) - two of my favorite 3200 sf homes I've seen, due to the contemporary style and the smart use of space and open floor plan complete with indoor/outdoor living. My husband and I have met with Blair and Paul and discussed building our dream home, but we have yet to find the right lot. Both of the homes I saw were sold within 2 weeks of my walking through them!

**Q: window and floor trim in Breakers Court** *(in Photo Questions)*

I was hoping you could tell me what type of wood the floor, door, window trim is in all of the Breakers court rooms and the finish.  It goes extremely well with the mixed cedar ceiling and charred walls.  I was also curious the wood in the kitchen cabinets, stain and the Island countertop.   Thank you from Alaska.

How did you finish the steel? Did you use a lacquer to prevent rusting and maintain the patina?

A: It was oiled and waxed and then left to patina through the years.  If you want to maintain the look use permalac

**Q: Are these shades flat or soft fold?** *(in Photo Questions)*

What keeps fols from sagging?

A: I am not sure I understand the question.  The blinds have valance and then the roman shades are drawn up and tuck under the valance.  The valence is made from the same fabric as the roman shades.
