The communication throughout the process was excellent. The build team was efficient and professional and kept the build site clean and tidy. Our finished patio cover is beautiful, and we look forward to spending a lot of time on the patio as soon as it warms up. I got a quote back in March for our patio cover with the estimated install time of 12 weeks out which put us in June. Then it slowly changed every week getting further and further and pushed out with no explanation, just their generic Wednesday emails. Now our most recent time frame for installation to begin was August 7-21, well today will come and go and still haven't heard from the company about an install day and don't know when we will. We have received no updates short of me contacting them after their weekly Wednesday updates. They happily take the $3k plus, deposit and then the rest is history. They can leave customers on pause for however long without explanation and use the generic emais to cover themselves across the board. I guess if I ever get the patio cover installed, I can leave a review on that, but in the future I won't recommend them to anyone seeking a cover. > > \*UPDATE\* > After ny project was not started within the last time frame they gave me, I received a call saying it was still delayed and they didn't have a date for my install. I requested my money back and was told since I signed the contract they couldn't refund it even though they didn't uphold their end of the contract or communicate the delays beforehand. When I asked why I wasn't updated the man I spoke with said, "we have over 1k customers and can't give everyone a reason why their project is delayed." Very professional. I stated I would contact my credit card company and request they refund it that way and he told me to go ahead but I wouldn't get my money back. He called me back and told me it was in "everyone's best interest to go through with the project because if I do get my money back from my CC company, they'd have to take me to small claims court. And who wants to go to court over a patio cover?" Again, very professional. Bottom line, all they cared about was getting their money and ensuring they continue getting more good reviews. They also couldn't update me on my project but had time to state, "oh, I saw your 1 star review on \[Sensitive Information Hidden\] yesterday and that really hurts our business." Never did they genuinely care about the abhorrent customer service I received. The only positive credit I can give is to Devin and the other gentleman who installed the cover. They were respectful of my property and even asked permission to go back into the yard when they came back to complete the project, which by the way took 2 days, separated by a holiday weekend when we were told project duration was for 1 day. Our last project install date was August 21st and the project was started on august 30th, and finished on September 6th. Overall, I do not recommend this company unless you are flexible with the company having no accountability to their own contract and being treated so poorly after paying thousands of dollars, $6,347, to be exact. **★★★★★ — Nathan Gilbert, Aug. 2020** > AMAZING and Very Professional. The patio cover is beautiful and exceeded my expectations. The price was lower than the competitors but the quality is on par. The installer did an excellent job and I just love it. My only complaint would be that I was not real sure on how the ceiling fan was supposed to be installed and I had to end up scrambling to get an electrician out at the last minute and paid through the nose for it. But that could be me just not being on top of it. It would have been helpful if someone would have said, "make sure the electrician is there between such and such time".
