PROVINCIAL Homes starts out pretty good for a couple months fixing a few things. At the 8 month mark PROVINCIAL turned everything over to Prohome. Prohome states the roof that has lifted rafters, lifted and curled shingles, exposed nails that is “cosmetic”. > > Gutters that overflow are functioning properly. > > Sprinkler heads that stick up 2.5 inches when not in use are standard. > > We asked to see all of these “standards” > > The warranty clearly states it is covered. > > Now Provincial Homes and Prohome have closed all claims and refuse to honor the one year warranty. We gave PROVINCIAL full asking price and this is the thank you we get. She met us at the house and shared her vision for the remaining work and we found her to be very personable, knowledgeable, and willing to work with us. We were able to customize most of the remaining work and Tiffany met with us throughout that process to ensure we were getting what we wanted. When we were unsure about something, she provided very helpful feedback based on her previous experience. > > We needed to close by a certain date and she worked with us to make that happen. Post-closing she was very willing to make minor modifications, as needed, to ensure we were happy with our new home.
