The process took approximately one year and required the family to move out of their home for 6 months. A rarely-used back staircase was removed and valuable space was added in the form of an office and laundry room. All bathrooms and the kitchen were updated. > > Jean and I had not worked together previously. As an interior designer, I have high expectations for my project's finishes. They ran the process to bid the job to several contractors, and then worked hand-in-hand with the contractor we chose. Space was easy to work with when completing both design work and the final construction documents. It was also abundantly clear that the Client liked Space as well and had the utmost confidence in their abilities as we did.
