> Provenance performed an extensive remodel on my 1950s home and I couldn't have been more pleased! They were on budget, and completed the job in record time with no problems whatsoever. I am an interior designer and am most particular and have never worked with anyone before who was this delightful to work with! They are wonderful, experienced professionals with extensive knowledge and know how to get the job done correctly. All of their people were a joy to work with and it was beautifully organized to be completed in record time. I would highly recommend them for any remodel or building project. > My wife and I really enjoyed the top notch professionalism, integrity and reliability of Provenance Builders. Living through a remodel can be difficult, but it wasn't in this case. Dan and his team treated us with respect and took a personal stake in making sure we were satisfied at every step, even when we came up with the inevitable "while we're at it, wouldn't it be great if we...." ideas. Our outdoor living area project required Dan to work with our pool contractor (during a cold winter), and the two groups coordinated their work seamlessly. The planning, construction and finish-out process was predictable. We did not have any surprises in scope, cost, quality or responsiveness. We knew what to expect, and they delivered. When the job was done, we knew we could always reach out to them for follow-up and assistance if needed. We became friends with Dan and his crew throughout the process. > Dan was our builder, but became our personal friend in the process. His integrity and level of expertise was invaluable.  He took pride in the project and wanted it be something that reflects quality.  His name and reputation are important to him and since he is also a neighbor, it makes his work distinctly different from using a contractor who disappears after the project. Two years after moving in we have had no major problems, but I know I can call Dan to get help if needed.  Our home is sound, solid, and well-built.  No project of this scope and difficulty is without its problems, but if I had to do it again, I would use Dan.  That is the highest recommendation a home owner can give.

> Our home of 30 years had served our family of 5 very well and been remodeled several times, however our family had grown to 17 with the children married and 9 grandchildren. Changes were required. Move or remodel? Provenance Builders caught our vision to remodel our one-story cottage, repurpose the space within the existing foundation and utilize the attic. The transformation required demolition of the first floor to move walls, create an open floor plan, add an office, powder room and utility room. It also included renovation of our master bedroom/bath and kitchen. A guest bedroom, grandchildren bedroom, bath, craft room, desk area and storage room were added in the upstairs attic space. The project took 9 months and because of Provenance Builders expertise, attention to detail,  professionalism, excellent subcontractors and incredible customer service we achieved all of our objectives, including completing the remodel on time and on budget. Their attention to detailed continued after we moved back. We are thrilled with our home and highly recommend Provenance Builders.

**Q: What are the columns made of? What maintenance is required?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The client in this case wanted a very low maintenance exterior, so these columns were sourced from Worthington Millwork LLC (http://worthingtonmillwork.com/) - they are WorthingtonCast fiberglass structural columns. Painted and capped with metal, these columns will require no maintenance - other than periodic rinsing of the surface to remove airborne dust and debris.
