Firstly, they do aeration and my lawn care monthly without fail. They have helped my husband and I plant some beautiful, new trees on our yard that have started to mature very nicely. On a bigger project, there was water coming into our basement because the dirt/mulch/clay in our front yard had been worn away by natural elements (ie rainwater). We received a quote from a basement waterproofing company and they wanted to come in and tear out our entire basement and put in drains etc (for about 40K!) without really fixing the underlying problem. O'Grady's came up with a better solution and systematically built up my front yard-pulling the water AWAY from our house (no major drains needed!)... and we have had a dry basement ever since. Not to mention, they saved us a TON of money in the long run.
