Michael met with us to discuss our needs and then walked through the area where the addition was planned to be built to gain insight for his build plan. Michael offered several very good options for us to consider for the addition. Michael spent some time developing a conceptual design and met with us again to show us his ideas. He presented some amazing design options to maximize the look and feel of our addition. Once we gave Michael the go ahead, he refined the design and met with us once again to get our final approval. He provided detailed drawings which we were able to submit to the county to obtain our build permit. Michael's drawings were approved without any revisions necessary! Our experience with Michael has been top notch and we could not have expected more. He delivered everything we needed for our addition and provided build plans in a timely manner. Michael is very professional and comes highly recommended by us. We have not broke ground at the time of this review but will be starting the excavation work within two weeks.
