**Q: Wall Hump** *(in Other)*

The contractor finished up our bathroom remodeling and this is the outside wall (in the living room.) There's a giant hump running down the height of the wall where the old wall on the right and the new wall on the left meet. When I asked him about sanding it down some more he said 'nope, that's just the way it's going to have to be.' Is this acceptable, or is he trying to get out of fixing it? is there anything that can be done to hide this?

A: In the days of lazer sharpness he should have aligned the new wall with the old wall. If they are aligned then there must be something under the drywall holding it up at that one point. Did you get photos of the wall before the drywall went up? Did you ask him WHY it has to be that way?   I would not accept his answer or the wall. It would drive me crazy looking at it over the years.

**Q: What is your favorite kind of style for a bedroom?** *(in Other)*

Modern, Transitional, Beach, Tropical, Contemporary, Traditional...

A: Personal taste of course but you probably want something soothing as it is your respite from the world.

**Q: MCM style bathroom** *(in Other)*

My husband and I purchased a mid century modern style house and are doing a complete overhaul.  Currently, the bathrooms are the baby blue and rose pink colored toilets, tubs, and sinks. Surprisingly, all are in great shape, but we are just not fans of the colors. Call us plain, but white suites us better. We are looking for places to list these items for sale. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks! Terra

**Q: Home Exterior** *(in Other)*

I will be building a home in Salado, Texas.  Im interested in limestone exterior. I like the Texas ranch exterior. But i will be surrounded by liveoak trees and i dont like the mold. So im considering mixing rock and brick.  Any advice?

A: Frank Lloyd Wright did that once and said we would never do it again.  It is just too much difference in the material color, texture to live happily together.
