> From start to finish the process has been fairly seamless.  We live in an older neighborhood and many houses need replacement roofs.  When we had the opportunity to meet with John Boccia for the initial consultation, we were blown away by his presentation and genuine nature.  We could really tell he was sincere and did everything that he could to help us get the best cost.  Once we signed the contract, the installation team was calling to get us on the books and the team arrived on time to get started.  The crew was quick but thorough and did a great job, even working in to the evening hours to ensure everything was done in one day.  We did have some nails leftover throughout the yard and driveway but John scheduled for his team to come back and sweep the yard to ensure they got everything.  They went out of their way to ensure that we were taken care of!
