Rick Valencia was the lead engineer and headed up coming out and explaining and designing what would need to be done to complete the project. He was very knowledgeable and listened to our every concern. He then incorporated what we already had with what was needed to complete the system. After all the parts came in he called to set up an installation day and sent Scott to install. Scott is a master technician who did a great job with the installation. He was patient in explaining what he was doing and he told us about every change that needed to be made. He was very professional and very easy to work with as well as neat in cleaning up anything needing to be picked up or vacuumed. He then took the time to explain how to use the system and made sure we were confident before he left.
