From buying the tub to getting our deck reinforced to handle the hot tub weight. We live 2.5 hours from Swim Things. Kyle said him and his crew would be there at 9, and they showed at 8:45. The crane was there and setting the tub went very smoothly. Kyle was finished by 11:45. He explained everything and took all the time we needed to feel confident that we knew how to maintain the hot tub. In the 6 weeks since Kyle was here we've called a couple of times and Kyle has been very patient and has answered all our questions.
