> Ken designed a custom home for us in 2015. We’d never built before so we were not sure what to expect.  Ken was recommended to us by general contractor, Dean Adams. The decision to work with Ken is a great reflection on Dean and one that really paid dividends for us.

> Ken is extremely humble and thoughtful. We started with a blank sheet of paper and list of “requirements”. Ken listened to our desires and helped them come to life in a design that fit us perfectly.  We’ve lived in our house for about 8 months and we have not found one foundational design element we would change.  The use of space is super efficient and the room proportions are spot on.

> As with all projects we did run into one significant bump in the road. Ken was extremely professional in helping evaluate options and navigate around the bump. In the end, our initial high level of respect for Ken (and Dean) grew as we worked through the issue. The final result was a home that we love!

What paint color is the exterior?

A: Hi Sarah,  Thank you for your interest in our design! The house siding and trim are LP SmartSide Siding products. The siding color is called Sherwin Williams "Tile Red" and the trim color is a custom match from a Kolbe window color swatch called "Natural Cotton."

Where do you get this size iron piping?

A: Hi Lisa, the black pipe for the table base was sourced from Grainger.  They sell the pipe in various diameters and lengths as well as the floor flanges and reducing tees.
