> When we first met Chad with develop architects we were feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed. Our frustration came from having met with 4 other architecture companies and spending thousands of dollars for pelimary sketch’s of houses that looked nothing like we were after and appeared to be a modified plan of a house they have used for previous customers.

**Q: What kind of wood is used on the front porch posts?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Also, is it stained or just natural?  It's a beautiful color.

A: The posts are just regular 6x6 Douglas fir. Water sealer / repellent. No stain.
The soffit on the porch is clear vertical grain hem fir, no treatment.
The handrail is clear cedar with a water repellent / sealer.

What white paint is used?

A: We ended having a local company use the color code to mix a higher end paint. It is Sherwin Williams "Ivory Lace"
