**Q: Need help for my kitchen counter tops** *(in Design Dilemma)*

I'm replacing the counter tops and adding a backsplash to this kitchen. I want to brighten up the space and go with a very simple and light colored quartz counter.  Maybe a white or cream with minimal veining.  Any suggestions?

**Q: Are glass subway tiles in the shower a pain to keep clean?** *(in Polls)*

I'm putting glass tile in the upper portion of our shower space and I can't get over my concern that they will need to be wiped down after every shower use in order to avoid spots or a messy look.  The area will be higher than my normal arm reach AND I lam not a cleaning 'hobbyist'.  So the question is, "Do subway glass tiles in a shower area require daily cleaning maintenance?"

A: I would not over think this.  If you are worried about water spots, usually caused by calcium, just spray Oceancare Calcium Release once a month and it will keep the tile looking new.  I also suggest using Clean & Seal for routine cleaning.  All of these products are incredibly environmentally safe and were designed by one of the leading glass tile manufactures in the world.  They work very well.
