Rich responded immediately, came to the house for his consult/review and provided a quote immediately. We hired them and they were able to start within a few days. Some of the walls needed repairs following the removal of items left by the previous owner, such as curtain rods, wall paper (which destroyed the plaster), 8"x5" speakers located in the middle of walls, and misc. nail holes. Needless to say, it was a mess! Rich and Mike responded to the challenge. Both men are professional, courteous, prompt and extremely knowledgeable about their profession and work products. They did such a fabulous job during their initial few days, that we expanded the scope of work to include our basement! At the end of the day, Rich and Mike provide a clean up the work area so well, you almost forget work is still in process. Each evening we would receive a detailed summary of work performed that day.
