> We completely upgraded the landscaping of our property in Sag Harbor Village, NY.  Prior to hiring Walter Stachecki of Landplans, the 1-acre property was largely wooded and in despair after nearly 30 years of use.  Walter designed the layout (new driveway and landscaping flows), cleared the property, and installed the driveway, drainage and fencing.  He also provided/installed all plantings and new lawns, and supervised the installation of the sprinkler system and electrical needs.  The best part about Landplans is Walter Stachecki, a good guy to work with, an honest contractor, and a supervisor who works hard to quickly finish the job!

**Q: Plants** *(in Photo Questions)*

What is the white plant and pink plant called?

A: The white flower is a Cascading Petunia, these come in a multitude of varieties with various colors.  The pink flower is New Guinea Impatiens.  This pot is located in a semi shaded area.  In full sun New Guinea Impatiens are quick to wilt and require frequent watering.  The large pot size also facilitates the Impatiens ability to take in sufficient water.
