The custom cabinetry throughout our home is beautiful, functional and of absolutely outstanding quality. If you look at the other reviews they are all several years ago. We have had nothing but troubles from the beginning. They missed all the promised deadlines, the quality especially in our kitchen is extremely poor, one cabinet they’ve replaced once and it still doesn’t work well, we have 3 other drawers that we can hardly open, a cabinet door badly warped. The cabinets were only installed 4 months ago! They changed two drawers without asking us and they are basically unusable. We had to completely rip out what they put into our pantry and redo it with someone else. The closet they installed is barely better that what you can buy at Home Depot. They never returned phone calls during the project and took weeks to get back to you by email. Now there are parts of the project that are not finished and they are refusing to do anything else. Even though they have the pieces to complete. I have put off writing any kind of review or taking any other actions in the hope that they will make good but they are refusing to even talk with us. **Comment from Harvest Moon Woodworks:** > Dear Jacque, > > We are sorry that you have had a negative experience. > > We had requested for a punch list from your builder on multiple occasions and just heard back from them after a month of inquiries. It is common to have items that need adjustment after installation, and we are happy to take care of that. The drawers under your cooktop had to be shortened in length because the original ones specified were not fitting with the way that the blower for the downdraft was installed. > > In terms of not returning phone calls, I’m not aware of any phone calls regarding any of this that were not returned and only became aware of your frustration after having my attention called to your negative review. You are always welcome to call me anytime and I know we talked several times during the course of your project. > > I would also mention that there were multiple times that we were asked to come install cabinetry and then could not access the house or the areas we needed to work upon arrival with other trades completing their work.
