Maryanne is extremely talented at design and has a wonderful eye; however her installation people did a horrible job. He left remotes in the house during the move in and never told us where they were -- then charged us to come back and replace them when we never received them. We were also not notified there would be additional charges for them to provide equipment that was already paid for. They also never delivered chargers for other remote controlled window blinds -- Maryanne claims she sent texts that they had been delivered, but, mysteriously, no one has these texts, including her. > > Even Lowe's or Home Depot require their service people to show you how to use the product once installation is complete and the client to sign off that it was done properly.
