We met with Pat and his architect several times to hammer out our design, picked out a lot and applied for a constuction loan. Pat knew what bank to send us to based on his experience. He was a huge help through the approval process. This was crucial because the average lender does not specialize in construction loans.

Outside of the normal craziness of building a home (selections, budget, timeframe), it was a very smooth process. We still owned our other home at the time and were on a budget. They respected that and helped us stay within our budget.
