Accuracy in design and construction - as well as a strong knowledge of local suppliers and subs led to an quality product that has stood the test of time with many good times had over the past ten years.  Their flexibilty - allowed me to come in and do the interior finishing - as I had requested.  Great team. Great product.

> We purchased a cottage that originally was on cinder blocks which we literally falling over.  We hired Roos Construction to construct an insulated foundation.  We required ventilation underneath and they recommended windows opposed to just grills and the effect makes the cottage look larger and it also provides more light.  They were on time and on budget and we were so pleased that we then hired them to do the outside siding and install windows lakeside.  We also had them put up tongue and groove pine in the main entrance (used to be drywall).  That room looks amazing!  They have great vision and are easy to work with.  We would highly recommend their services.

We recently bought a nice old house in Centretown, and the kitchen was in desperate need of updating. We had a vision of what we wanted the finished product to look like and Aaron, the owner of Roos Construction, worked with us to ensure that we ended up with exactly what we wanted.

> Roos Construction built a pine sided cottage for me four years ago.  They worked in a fairly remote area with difficult access for supply drop off, electricity and accommodation.  They were able to make it work.  They also worked with me to keep as many mature trees as possible and to leave the property in its original condition. They were great to work with from planning to execution.  I've never seen a group of fellows who like their jobs so much, even worked late on Friday's.

> The structure itself is well constructed  -- pad and post foundation, about 950 square feet, one bedroom on the main floor with an upper loft,  metal roof and large deck on two sides.  Pine siding on the outside and tongue and groove pine inside.  They helped me keep to my budget by sourcing some used windows and some new.    Been here four years, with no complaints.  All in all, a great experience.

> Firstly, I can't recommend Roos Construction highly enough for any level of remodeling or renovation jobs you may be doing.  We recently used Roos Construction to finish the basement of our bungalow. My wife is expecting shortly and we wanted the house to be fully finished before the little one arrives. Roos construction quickly designed a 3D model of what our basement layout would be based on our requirements and then started immediatly with correctly insulating the basement, correcting some moisture issues left by the builder and framing for an additionnal custom bathroom in the basement. We knew it would be tight with time constraints but Aaron from Roos Construction absolutely pulled through for us. I also really appreciated how hard they all worked towards keeping the remodel on schedule and within our budget. Remodeling, or any kind of renovation, (whether big or small) can be very stressful, but having Roos Construction as our contractor really helped alleviate the majority of our concerns and I will definitely be calling him for any future renovation needs we may have. Thank you Aaron, the end result is better then we could have imagined and we truly love the custom shower and the heated floors.
