> Building our dream retirement home with Castle Rock Homes was a great experience.  Gary Fetters, the contractor, began the project by walking the lot with us prior to our purchase of the property to determine if it would be suitable for our ICF house plan.  We broke ground the first of March 2015 and moved in June 2016.  During this process, the Castle Rock team was efficient and accommodating.  The workers did not leave each night until the work area was clean.  Communication was in person either in a sit-down meeting or at the site with the subcontractors.  We received tentative time lines and updates on our budget allowances.  The assigned project manager, Jim,  always listened to and addressed our comments.  We are very happy with the workmanship and the end product is more beautiful than we ever envisioned.  If we were to build another home, Castle Rock would be our only consideration!

> We recommend Castle Rock Homes as an expert in the field of ICF custom home construction.  ICF(insulated concrete form) construction is a solid, efficient, and quiet alternative to standard stick built homes.  Castle Rock was professional and easy to work with from design to completion.  They provided good communication and recommendations throughout the build process.  They were also flexible with changes (ie; driveway pavers instead of concrete, entry area stack-stone, \#40 two layered roof underlayment, etc...).  Keep in mind, it is a custom home and the decision making process requires a fair amount of time and involvement.  Our new home turned out great, and we are very happy with the results.
