> Renew Properties did an entire first floor remodel (open floor plan, kitchen, half bath, mudroom, etc) and we had an amazing experience.  At the initial meetings, they listened to my ideas, provided several layouts solutions, were open to changes and provided a very detailed write up of the work and costs.  The before and after picture speak for themselves but it was the professionalism and integrity of the project manager, owner and staff that outweighs other companies.  All the different crews were very courteous and accommodating as we attempted to live through the mess.  They answered questions and solved problems quickly and professionally.  I would recommend them to anyone considering a remodel and plan to use them again for our basement remodel.

what is the stain color of the bench and countertop?

A: Hi!!! It's actually a mix of stains. Try weathered oak, classic grey, & pickled oak. All wood species will take stain differently. Best of luck on your project.
