Not only did he lay out a day by day schedule but also kept it up to date in a format we could always view. We felt informed the entire way and we were always able to weigh in on changes as they arose. > 2\. Adam was onsite himself almost every day. The subs were also good but we put our trust in Adam and were grateful he was always there and not only managing subs but also completing much of the work personally. This also allowed for a fair amount of in person conversation which really helped keep us all aligned. > 3\. The quality of the work is great. We spoke with a handful of contractors. While ProBuild's bid was in the lower section of those contractors, I don't feel like anything was skimped on from the quality of materials used or the expertise of the crew performing the work. > 4\. They helped us find a couple of material vendors (custom cabinets and countertops) that saved us significantly in cost. > 5\.
