> Do not buy from Spectrum Quartz if you expect quality control or corporate accountability. I purchased 3 slabs of the 'Vitality' design for a major kitchen countertop and backsplash renovation. The entire batch arrived from the factory severely defective, contaminated with scattered gray pigment pools and blue  physical divots/pitting. Spectrum Quartz corporate formally approved a claim for 1 replacement slab, proving they know the material is defective.  When I called Spectrum Quartz corporate to escalate this full-batch failure, their customer service completely brushed me off, refusing to help and telling me I am entirely on my own to handle it through a fabricator. I paid thousands of dollars for a premium stone and have been left with  defective and contaminated slabs and zero corporate support. Avoid this brand.

> Total garbage, it stains very easy. You leave anything on top like a plastic soap dish and it stains. It looks like anything that doesn't let it breathe stains the quartz. Having this spectrum quartz is to be a slave to your countertops. I was told by several fabricators that its not suppose to stain like this. Customer service is horrible. You put in a claim and it takes over 3 months for later to be denied. The quartz is beautiful but the quality is horrible. Spend a little more and get better known brand. They are way better and they back up their warranty.

> Beautiful in general and most of our kitchen looks amazing in Pristine. However, they had to put a piece from another slab in and not only does it have a big, odd blob of gray that was clearly spilled, but that piece flashes a definite pink undertone in the "white" background. One of the installers noticed it, too, and the other installer quickly shushed him.

> I ordered more samples after this for our next kitchen, and noticed that some of these samples are pink, too. Spectrum lists this background as "pure white." It definitely is not. My other slab is a very soft white, with an ever-so-slight cream undertone (but not yellow). Unless it's next to pure white paper, it looks white and has gorgeous veining. Radiance veins don't have the subtleties and complexity, but are nice, though radiance background is even pinker. Ethereal has a definite blue cast to its background. Be sure to go see your slabs in person and bring a large sample of your paint to make sure they all look the same with it. There is variation in the white background undertones and the pink looks terrible with any cararra marble backsplash.

> So I moved into our home back in September late September, we have spectrum quartz through out our beautiful home. We had an issue on our island in our kitchen , the great thing is the company sent out two gentleman who work the area one being a supervisor. They wanted to come to see they were very kind and assured me they would help solve any issues or concerns. I am happy to say they did so thankful that my kitchen will look amazing again and grateful they took the time and travel to help. Good company great respect for my home my time and my needs. Thx

> very disappointed in the product consistency and customer service.  We recently selected their Angelic design,  It turned out that the delivered counter tops were different in color and design from what we had seen on the sample piece.  (this was a large 8x12 piece).
> In our investigation, we were told be several people in Spectrum and related to them that the original sample we were shown was an out of date sample.
> We went directly to Spectrum to select replacement products and were told that a warranty claim would be entered.  Here we saw several slabs of the same style, Angelic, that all varied greatly from one lot to another.
> After the new slabs were delivered (of a different style), Spectrum told our contractor that they would not honor the claim.

> I would recommend this wonderful product and company to anyone! We have Spectrum Quartz all over our home and it is absolutely gorgeous.  To see pictures, they can be viewed on their website and is also known as the "Spectrum House". I searched all over for the perfect product, and once I saw samples knew I had found it.   I did not want to worry about countertops that easily stained or scratched like marble.  This product has the fineness of marble, but ease of care and living with.  There are many choices for every taste, so much so, that we ended up using several ones not only in our kitchen, but also  in our bathroom, laundry room,  on 2 bars, and 2 fireplaces (hence the name, Spectrum house!).  We get so many compliments on it and have already referred many people to this product.  Their rep, Matt, is a gem, and guided us each and every stop of the way from picking slabs to installation.  Nothing was ever too much trouble for him and he and the company was a complete pleasure to do business with.  It made the stress of doing a job of this magnitude so much easier and I cannot say enough good about him and the wonderful company he works for!

A: Hi. Sublime has been discontinued as a color however there are similar colors to Sublime available. Please check out Majestic and Noble on our website. Also, may I ask where you are located?
