Bruce is great at staying in touch at least weekly to let you know what is happening next and how it is going. In the tear out and construction phase Bruce is on site regularly and often, and his oversight of the most complicated aspects of the job is constant. He can be counted on to communicate consistently and to remedy finer details that might go > awry and to do so in a reasonable time frame. In this project he remodeled a kitchen and two baths, revised three closets, installed quad sliding doors to the sunporch, replaced plumbing and electrical, drywalled a bonus room, and installed foam insulation to attic, as well as making cosmetic updates such as interior paint, all to a 1950's ranch style house. The job was completed in record time (9 weeks) so I could move in as a rental lease expired. Having moved to Nashville 8 months before I was grateful that the transition from rental to my own home was smooth and relatively easy...not a usual occurrence in the Nashville real estate environment. I have received many compliments on the interior of my home and lots of questions about the remodel and remodeler.
