Our bathroom size is @ 9.5 feet by 11 feet with a glass enclosed 3.5' x 3.5' shower with an adjacent Jacuzzi tub, a double sink with cabinet and counter top of 5 feet long and a 3' high x 5' long mirror and a small closet area with a toilet. > We had everything removed in the old BR including the popcorn ceiling and the wallpaper. We had Leister Constr. then build one walk-in shower along the outside 9.5' wall with a 40" open entrance and the width of the shower being 44". Leister built a knee-wall @ 42" high and @ 6' long with tempered glass @ 42" high on top of knee-wall. The entire shower area was tiled with Porcelain and/or Travertine Tile. Leister Constr. made custom cabinet with granite countertop with two sinks, made a custom storage cabinet (18" W x 36" H) and placed on top center of the counter top for storage with electrical outlets inside of the cabinet. Leister also installed overhead lights on each side of the center cabinet/sinks and installed a 24" x 36" custom wall mirror on each side of the cabinet. A new toilet was also installed along with new paint throughout the bathroom and installed two separate ceiling exhaust fans. > We were pleased with the progression of the work as overseen by Mr. Jason Leister and his Project Manager (James). We were kept informed of all project work from start to finish by Project Manager and the Office Manager (Tyler). We were impressed by the way the work took placed with the Bathroom being sealed off from the Bedroom for most all of the construction creating very little dust. Leister Construction works with us all along with the project to keep everything on schedule and within our budget. > We selected Leister Construction because of their reputation for performing quality work with total satisfaction guaranteed and that is exactly what we received.
