> We were very excited when we began the process of building with Royal Homes, but unfortunately our experience has been extremely disappointing.

> Our home took approximately three and a half years to complete, which was far longer than expected. Throughout the process, there were several items that we specifically asked to have addressed. A sales manager even came through the house to review these issues, yet many of those items were never completed.

> Even now, there are still pallets and construction garbage sitting in our front yard, which is incredibly frustrating—especially as we are currently trying to sell the home and this is the impression potential buyers see.

> Our home was also intended to be one of the first accessible homes they built, as we were designing it with our son’s needs in mind. Unfortunately, there was very little consultation or input requested from us regarding accessibility features, which was surprising given the purpose of the design. It felt like a missed opportunity to properly incorporate the features that would have made the home truly functional for our family.

> After such a long build time and repeated requests for outstanding items to be addressed, we expected a much higher level of follow-through and care.
>
> Overall, we are very disappointed with the experience and the lack of completion on items that were brought to their attention multiple times.

> Our Royal Home delivered 6 months ago and apparently "finished" hasn't been a dream. Leaking windows that were poorly repaired and still leak, patches of paint missing, trim off, floor boards missing, gaps in the floor, basement flooding, new water tank broken, replacement new water tank also broken, plumbing leaks, kitchen island damaged. It has been a nightmare. Edit: Over 160 defects and issues on our January 2025 6 monthly Tarion report.

> We got our Royal Home earlier this year and couldn't be happier.  Our salesman, Chris Weppler was a great help and offered us a home that was completed in the factory but unsold so we wouldn't have to wait for months to replace our home which we had lost to a fire.
> The attention to detail in our home is amazing and we have had no major issues. Any minor issues are handled immediately. I would recommend Royal Homes and have done so already.
