I have used him for 2 projects and both turned out great. One was even completed under budget! (The other one went over because I ended up adding LOTS of additional work to the original plan). First project was a complete bathroom overhaul in a 100+ year old condo down on Belmont. Job was done professionally and the finished project looked updated and fresh, but still fit with the historic/vintage design of the condo and building. The second project was a "to-the-studs" renovation of an historic East Nashville home (house was built in 1910) and it turned out fabulous. Everything was re-done: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roof, floors, walls, kitchen, bathroom. Again, it looks updated and fresh, but still in keeping with the historic feel of the house and neighborhood. All of his sub-contractors were pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Eric and his crew! Crosspoint built a shed for me, completely renovated a 1955 pink tile bathroom and also updated lighting throughout my home as well as framed columns to improve the look of my carport.
