Often times you hear horror stories about a GC not completing the work or standing by their work whatsoever. Tom, the owner of Visionary is not one of those GC's. I was worried when some of the subs doing my job left the site having done less than stellar work, that I would be added to the list of disgruntled consumers with a GC horror story. Well, Tom stepped up. He came out to my house to inspect the work, understood my concerns, brought out an entirely new crew, and redid the work in question at no cost to me! He said he would do it and do it right, and he did. The finished job turned out great and we couldn't be happier. Tom is a stand up guy and a man of his word. We had windows and doors replaced throughout, new stucco on the entire exterior, and treated wood applications on various exterior locations as well. I've included some photos of the work here.
