> Too many promises not kept.  Rotting trim after three years that had to be replaced, improperly installed siding that warped with caulking that turned white and looked horrible, broken window installed and never fixed, windows scratched before moving in and never fixed, pocket doors that don't line up and a pump for sewage that was left buried in the yard that should have been emptied and filled with sand.  The list goes on.....
