> I feel fortunate to have bought a new construction built by Rob Ryan.  I have owned other new homes, and no builder has given the personal attention that Rob has.  Every new house has items that need tweaking, and he fixed all issues and in some cases he exceeded what was required.   The materials he uses in construction are nothing but the highest quality, appliances, first rate.  Until you live in the home can you appreciate the construction.
