From the minute we sat down with Frank, he took the time to listen to our needs, answer all of our questions and he knew the costs for what we were looking to build, we were on the same team from start to finish. Frank is an extremely talented architect. He was able to design a layout that was perfect for the lot, met our needs and utilized every square foot of the home. The number one comment we get is that the home appears tremendously bigger than the actual square footage. Frank also personally helped us select all the finishes in the house, he patiently met us at many distributors, from kitchen cabinets to faucets and lighting showrooms, and was there to negotiate the prices from suppliers. He is hands on from start to finish, always available for meetings and personally answers every phone call. What's more amazing is he personally designed the intricate ironworks of the fence, and the custom mirror masterpiece at the entry, which is a conversation piece. The lighting waterfall was also his creative touch and came out spectacular. No one builds faster or higher quality homes than Pioneer.
