TMC was started in Arizona in 1990 by husband and wife Mark & Lillian Rogers.  Since its founding, TMC has grown into a true family company with the addition of Mark and Lillian's sons, Michael and Nolan.  Along with their entire team, the Rogers family runs TMC with a focus on integrity, honest, and diligence.

Our business model and values can be best explained by answering two questions:

1\. Why do we say "clients" instead of "customers"?
\- We refer to our clients as "clients" because the process of creating the backyard of their dreams for their family is not just something we sell and walk away from.  We form a true relationship, and we want to earn their trust as our clients.  Our clients are so much more to us than just a customer.

2\. Why do we provide "proposals" rather than "bids" or "estimates"?  
\- Similarly, we provide proposals, not bids or estimates, because this is a journey that we walk through side-by-side with our clients.  It is truly collaborative.  Thus, we are proposing the path we walk together, we do not just bid or estimate the cost of your journey.

We have also worked to perfect the process of renovating or creating the backyard of your dreams.  TMC's real advantage is in our complete concept approach to design.  Clients no longer have to deal with several different contractors to get the backyard of their dreams.  We fixed that problem!
