We were able to go to some warehouses and see our countertops before they were cut, and we were given a full tour of where our cabinets would be made. Being able to see these things may not seem like a big deal, but we got a first-hand view of the quality products we were going to have in our home, and it's impressive that Grenor Homes wants to share that with their clients. > > Things that could use a bit of work - while for the most part, communication was great, there were a couple of instances of "radio silence" that were a bit scary. While we completely understand that managing a busy business with multiple projects, a family, and all the other aspects of life can be challenging, those moments where we really needed someone to advise us on project statuses and little finishing peices got a bit scary when the contractor wasn't available. Thanks! A: Yes these are custom cabinets - the island is wrought iron color, and the surrounding is all a rift cut oak in a natural finish. Thanks A: Hi Lauri, The paint colour is cc 210 a dulux paint colour. The flooring is French limestone with chiseled edges which give it a texture near the edge and a more rustic look.
