> If I could give zero stars I would.  This company does not stand behind their product or the installation.  I am so disappointing in the quality of the cabinets, the installation and the lack of accountability.    I have to find another kitchen cabinet company that will help me fix the mess they have installed in our new condo.  It has been a struggle to get them to do anything right since the initial installation. They do not stand behind their warranty.

> This is the second kitchen we’ve done in the last five years. This time we picked Italcraft Isaac. The best decision we ever made. Isaac was great he walked us through the entire process from design to installation . Five star experience. Isaac was very responsive he answered all our phone calls , met us at the job site on Saturdays.  If you want a smooth transition to a new Kitchen call Italcraft and ask for Isaac.

They delivered on time, as promised, and were responsive and patient throughout the selection process. They truly do go above and beyond for the customer.   I was very pleased with my experience with Italkraft and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a high end but fairly priced kitchen.

> The kitchen itself is great but the panels have many flaws, damages and oversights on the installation side. Panos tried to rectify the situation but made it much worse. After that no accountability and only pointing fingers. If you are ready to pay the fortune that this kitchen costs better find a different company that will stand behind its reputation.
