> I only write reviews for incredibly exceptional or incredibly horrible experiences. My experience with DreamCrete Custom Creations and their whole crew was nothing less than superb. My wife and I built our Dream Home on a beautiful Lake and I wanted to polish my garage floor for that extra touch. I actually hired another contractor (Dr. Terrazzo) first (before finding DreamCrete) but they backed out of my project after leaving a huge oil stain on my brand new expensive driveway and I asked them to park on the street and move their equipmentin by hand... I found DreamCrete and spoke with Zach (the owner), telling him about my horrible experience with Dr. Terrazzo. Even though they were far away, he came out to look at my project that day! He got me on the schedule ASAP. The whole crew was extremely professional, on time, courteous and even walked all of their equipment up and down my driveway by hand!! I have been in customer service for 31 years, and place my experience with Dreamcrete at the top of the list. They get my highest recommendation without hesitation. Not to mention that their product was of the highest quality, and surpassed all my expectations! if you are looking for a professional, high quality, honest and dependable contractor for your project and have come across Dreamcrete, I don't think you need to look any further. They will take care of your project like it was their own and you will not be disappointed!

> I have worked with constractors for the past ten+ years and this has been my best experience to date. DremeCrete designed a counter top for our summer kitchen. I looked into concrete counter tops because after doing some research I learned concrete is one of the greenest (Earth Friendly) options around. Then, I found Gary and DreamCrete Custom Creations and from there our project took off. I almost went with the typical modern grey, because I didn't know how versatile and creative these guys were with concrete. I made a joke while drinking my Bud Lite saying how cool it would be if they could make my counter tops the same colors as my can. Literally, on the spot, that's where the "challenge accepted" was born. If you dream it, they create it.
> These guys are true concrete artists, and are skilled at what they do. I am excited that I found a contractor that I can trust and someone who I can use to fulfill my creative vision for my projects. Thank you again to Gary and the entire DreamCrete crew, you were a pleasure to work with!

> Dreamcrete designed, made and installed a concrete sink and countertop as well as making my concrete pool area look like natural stone . They were professional and completed the job on time ... I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE I KNOW

> Not a dream, but a nightmare. We hired Dreamcrete because we wanted concrete floors to align with our terrazzo floors in areas where the terrazzo was not. Owner Zach missed first appointment with me (red flag I should have heeded). Sales tactics were pushy and high-pressure (another red flag I should have heeded). Sales person Michael disappeared and reappeared only to collect checks -- they charge more than most in the industry. We paid in full, ,but were dissatisfied with the result -- uneven, splotchy color that looked like someone spilled something on a dirty floor. We went through more than two months of painful negotiating with all the owners to get changes made -- they did not want to make changes. Since floor was sealed, they would have needed to grind off the sealer to redo. They finally conceded to try a redo. They only ground off sealer in part of the house (which they lied about, telling us they ground off sealer throughout) and applied new coat of concrete overlay with a squeegee and no troweling. Overlay went up onto bottom of custom cabinetry. In some parts of the house, this was applied right over the previously sealed floor, which they didn't tell us. End result was an overlay that could be easily peeled up with one scrape or gouge and then your fingers. Now I cannot get anyone to even put tile over this because of the sealer. After paying Dreamcrete $6600, I have to pay someone else to grind it all off. This put our renovation many months behind and is extremely difficult and expensive to resolve.

> Beware! We hired "Dreamcrete Custom Creations" to concrete stamp our pool deck, what they did to our deck now has to be removed and redone, the workmanship was so shoddy, I have 4 different colors on my deck, a different color on each side, the gray grout lines have brown paint in them throughout the deck, raised cement throughout, especially at pools edge resulting in scraped knees, slippery, overspray on my house and pool tiles, as they did not cover anything prior to spraying, they left tools and the hose on the deck after spraying the color, which removed the color in those areas, they went back and placed a darker color on those spots only, I literally could go on and on. We were told it would be a 3 day job as they had a nice deck to start with, it took nearly 3 weeks, the workers did not show up some days and some days only a few hours. I now have to hire a "licensed" contractor to fix the issues this company created, now it will cost us double to remove what they did and correct properly.

**Comment from Dreamcrete Custom Creations:**

> We are sorry to see that you and your husband are so upset with outcome of your experience with us. We did everything in our power to accommodate you and your husband and give you the best quality service. Unfortunately, we do not see eye to eye on the experience that transpired.
>
> When we began working with you and your husband, we had agreed to use an earth tone/orange color for your stamped concrete, pool patio. After the initial stamping was completed, you notified us that it was too orange, so we happily came out after the project was complete to adjust the coloring. You and your husband then said you loved the adjusted color. After that, you called to say the surface was too slippery. Again, we came back to make the texture to your liking. We in totally used three times the amount of sand the manufacturer suggests to meet your requirements.
>
> We quoted you and your husband that a project like this would take five days. Unfortunately, during the time of your project we were hit with a lot of rain. We are unable to work on an outside, concrete patio during the rain. After we completed the initial stamping, you, as mentioned previously, asked us to come back three more times, which delayed the completion of the project. It did take three weeks with these circumstances combined.
>
> When you said you were satisfied with the color and texture, you and your husband paid Dreamcrete our final payment. This displayed that you were pleased with our services and the project was complete. Unfortunately, after I left, you cancelled our payment for the project.
>
> We are a fully licensed company. We worked on the Orlando Soccer Stadium, multiple apartment complexes, hotels, and various commercial projects – all of which require a license.
>
> At Dreamcrete Custom Creations, our ultimate goal is to not only provide excellent service, but to create lasting relationships with all of our customers. We regret that our time with you and your husband did not result in this outcome and we wish you all the best on your project.

> We initially had another company do our concrete countertops, bathroom vanity, and bar by the pool. The color came out horrible and didn't match what we wanted but the company representative cut off all ties and left us with a mess we already paid for. We were lucky to get introduced to the DreamCrete Team. Most companies do not like to come in after another company but they agreed to help us since the job that was left in our home was just that bad. We went with the cheapest quote we got for our home and it was not the best idea for obvious reasons because we ended up paying twice for the same job, but DreamCrete made my countertops look like marble. We are beyond pleased and cannot thank the guys enough for the wonderful job they did, you rock!!!

**★★★★★ — Raina Charity, June 2017**

> Zach was great about answering/returning calls & messages. All the guys were professional and friendly...plus their work is amazing! Love it and would highly recommend

**★★★★★ — Bohlmann Construction, May 2017**

> I had a chance to work side by side with Zac and Bruce, both of who are great guys and a pleasure to be around, and very professional.

**★★★★★ — Rob Monger, May 2017**

> These guys are top notch. Very professinal from start to finish. Bruce and the guys are very informative and fast to respond to any requests or questions you have before, during, and after your project. If you are looking for some great custom work to improve your home or business, these are the guys to do it.

**★★★★★ — Fama Creations, LLC, May 2017**

> We own a local business that we just moved into a new warehouse location and where looking for someone local to redo the concrete floors. While doing a search, I came across DreamCrete and instantly loved their work in the their profolio so I called to have them come give us a quote. Zach came right out, gave us the quote and we quickly went to work! We had really nasty floors from years of people putting down commercial carpet. I still can't believe how awesome the floors came out knowing what it was before!! They look amazing and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to have concrete work done!!
