We used Patrick as our architect for major renovations to our century-old farmhouse colonial in Lexington MA. The project included virtually every aspect of house construction with, to paraphrase Patrick, a lot of “moving parts”: new bathrooms, windows, doors, built-in cabinets and shelving, flooring, insulation, HVAC, exterior siding and decks; complete gut of all rooms except two; and structural work. Overall, we considered him a “godsend” throughout a long and understandably stressful process.
