After sustaining damage from a longterm, hidden leak under our kitchen sink, the entire center portion of our kitchen had to be remediated (for mold) and rebuilt. Susan was awesome in redesigning the area to be more functional (e.g., added storage cabinets on the frontside of the bar for our son's toys), aesthetically pleasing (e.g., replaced old the stainless steel sink with beautiful cast-iron farmhouse one), and well integrated with the remaining kitchen (e.g., found fabricated cabinets that were a near-perfect match to what we remained elsewhere). Greg ensured that the project was kept on schedule and budget and that the finished product was of the highest quality. He knocked down walls, installed pony walls, French doors, refinished my oak floors with a traditional tung oil finish, replaced linoleum floors with stone, Formica counters with poured concrete, and replaced the hideous clam shell moulding and luan paneling with period appropriate moulding and even restored my plaster walls.
