During quoting, Mike really helped us understand the different materials, windows and door companies, and helped answer all of our questions. I called Perdue Builders & Supply Inc., Richard (the owner) and Mike came next morning to check the situation and explained the details very clearly. They soon sent me two proposals based on different repair plans. They knew this repair was urgent due to water dripping and they were able to get us in within a week despite their tight schedule. During the repair, their site manager Esteban and the co-worker did a great job replacing the siding of the whole chimney chase as well as inspecting water infiltration damage. During the whole project, whenever we tried to reach them, they always got back to us quickly and answered our concerns patiently and professionally. Overall, we are very impressed by this company, from the owner to their employees.
