> I hired Steve West based on his fine reputation as a custom builder. I have found him to be patient and extremely knowledgeable. He worked well with my architect and subs who all have a high respect for him.
> He is well-organized and provides finely detailed specs with cost estimates (which lenders love). His system for keeping costs transparent and on track is very reassuring. In all I recommend him highly.
> Because of the weather delaying the start of my house and issues with the developer of the land my project has been delayed for a year. But we are set to close on the lot and hope to break ground in early August. Sorry, no pictures.
